Should the EPA have the power to revoke permits to protect the environment & human health? In light of the federal court overturning the Environmental Protection Agency's revocation of the permit for the Spruce 1 mine in West Virginia, do you think Congress should clarify the legislation in order to give the EPA clear authority and power to revoke permits issued by other government agencies when the environment is at risk? |
